Recommended For
This program is designed for participants who want a structured, multi-day introduction to Ayurveda that goes deeper than a workshop while staying within a guided Level 1 framework. It is especially suitable for: • Individuals who have attended shorter workshops such as OAP, TAP, or WAP and want deeper exposure • Spa and wellness professionals seeking stronger foundational training in selected Ayurvedic therapies • Yoga and wellness practitioners who want to understand Ayurvedic principles for personal practice or client support • Ayurveda enthusiasts ready for a more immersive, yet still foundational, course The program is best suited to adults who can commit to attending all training days, engage seriously with theory content, follow practical guidance, and participate in supervised sessions as appropriate.
Why Participants Choose This Program
Participants often choose the Advanced Ayurveda Training Program – Level 1 because it offers: • A deeper introduction to Ayurveda than a one-day or short workshop format • A structured curriculum that connects theory with supervised practical training • Exposure to core therapies including Abhyangam, Shirodhara, nasyam, and Podikizhi • A non-residential KAC option for learners who prefer city-based training • A residential KTAHV option for learners who want an immersive stay-based Ayurveda learning environment For participants seeking a meaningful step between short orientation programs and longer advanced courses, AATP‑1 provides a clearly defined Level 1 training path.
