TAP-HV3 days

Three-Day Short-Term Certificate

The 3 Day Ayurveda training Program is a carefully structured short-term learning experience for participants who want a credible introduction to Ayurveda through guided theory, practical orientation, and direct exposure to traditional therapies. Designed for wellness enthusiasts, yoga practitioners, spa and hospitality professionals, and serious learners, the program combines foundational Ayurvedic knowledge with supervised learning in a professional setting. As part of Kairali Guru, the training initiative of Kairali Ayurvedic Group, this program reflects a wider commitment to structured Ayurveda education through authentic, instructor-led training. It is especially suited to those seeking an Ayurveda training program in India that is concise, well-organised, and rooted in traditional principles.

AATP1-HV10 days

Level-One Advanced for Wellness Professionals

The Advanced Ayurveda Training Program – Level 1 (AATP‑1) is a structured two-week Ayurveda training course designed for participants who want deeper exposure than a short introductory workshop while still remaining within a foundational Level 1 scope. It combines classroom theory and supervised practical learning across weekday sessions in a format intended for serious learners, wellness professionals, and committed beginners seeking a stronger introduction to authentic Ayurveda. Each class day is part of a 4-hour training structure, and the official module defines AATP‑1 as 20 hours of theory and 20 hours of practical training, totalling 40 hours over two weeks. The curriculum introduces participants to core Ayurvedic principles, health concepts, daily and seasonal regimens, and selected therapies such as Abhyangam, Shirodhara, Nasyam, and Podikizhi through a clearly sequenced training plan. This program is part of the wider Kairali Guru training framework and is suitable for learners who want to move beyond shorter programs such as OAP, TAP, or WAP into a more disciplined training format. It is an educational and experiential program and should not be positioned as a medical qualification, professional licence, or statutory right to practise Ayurveda.
