Intensive Ayurveda Training
The One Week Ayurveda Program (WAP) is a short-term Ayurveda training course designed to give participants a more immersive introduction to authentic Ayurveda, key concepts, and selected therapies across five structured days. Each training day combines classroom theory, hands-on practical exposure, and a guided complementary therapy session, helping participants connect Ayurvedic principles with real-world wellness practice in a focused but accessible format. This program is part of the wider Kairali Guru training framework and is suitable for participants who want to move beyond a single workshop (such as OAP or TAP) into a multi-day learning experience, without immediately committing to longer advanced programs.
Level-One Advanced for Wellness Professionals
The Advanced Ayurveda Training Program – Level 1 (AATP‑1) is a structured two-week Ayurveda training course designed for participants who want deeper exposure than a short introductory workshop while still remaining within a foundational Level 1 scope. It combines classroom theory and supervised practical learning across weekday sessions in a format intended for serious learners, wellness professionals, and committed beginners seeking a stronger introduction to authentic Ayurveda. Each class day is part of a 4-hour training structure, and the official module defines AATP‑1 as 20 hours of theory and 20 hours of practical training, totalling 40 hours over two weeks. The curriculum introduces participants to core Ayurvedic principles, health concepts, daily and seasonal regimens, and selected therapies such as Abhyangam, Shirodhara, Nasyam, and Podikizhi through a clearly sequenced training plan. This program is part of the wider Kairali Guru training framework and is suitable for learners who want to move beyond shorter programs such as OAP, TAP, or WAP into a more disciplined training format. It is an educational and experiential program and should not be positioned as a medical qualification, professional licence, or statutory right to practise Ayurveda.
